Matthew Flinders Performance Centre
The Matthew Flinders Performance Centre is a sophisticated venue to facilitate skills development for students and staff and to serve the wider community. The resultant building complex can accommodate up to 600 people for a drama performance. It can also be adapted to accommodate 1300 students for school assembly or 500 seated at tables for dinner. In addition to the main performance space, the building also houses a dance studio, café and bar areas, a uniform and book shop, commercial kitchen and tuckshop and extensive under stage and back stage areas
Meridan Community Centre
The Meridan Community Centre (MCC) is a large community building filled with big-spirited and generous community. The Centre provides recreational and event facilities for people to connect, gather and participate in various programs, helping individuals thrive within the greater local community. MCC's facilities include Cafes, Dance Studio, Gym, Multi-Purpose Function Rooms, Kids Play Park, BMX Pump Track and full-size Basket Ball and an enclosed 20m heated pool.

Australian Insurance Holdings commissioned Dimond Architects to purpose design and manage construction and fit out of corporate headquarters at Kawana Central. The building facilitates AIH’s insurance operation and incorporates a large call centre. The 3 storey building has large open plan areas on 2 levels and is capable of housing approximately 260 employees. The building design which addresses the street with a large entry atrium space is robust and logical. The roof line is dominated by soaring cantilevered structure.
