This fully integrated Retirement Village will provide accommodation and care facilities in a Community Living environment. The village will deliver ongoing care options in a single location, meeting the needs of residents with varying degrees of independence ranging from the fully independent through to the fully dependent, along with Dementia Care and Respite services. In a break from traditional ‘suburban’ responses to the design of Aged Care accommodation, the buildings have a contemporary lightweight, open feel to them in recognition of their sub-tropical, coastal location.
