Suncoast Christain Colleges’ Taylor Centre is a multipurpose sport and class room building accommodating a full size basketball court, a music and performance room, class room and associated spaces.
It was funded under the Federal Governments BER scheme. Because of funding constraints, the project was designed and delivered rapidly: it was completed on time and within budget expectations.
The building has optimal climatic performance and benefits from superior insulation, thermal mass and passive cooling.
