This retirement facility was designed and constructed for Churches of Christ Care in Nambour on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Built in 3 stages, the completed facility comprises 72 dwellings and a Community Centre and Clubhouse.

The site is enhanced by a fresh water creek and significant stands of native vegetation which has been sensitively retained and remain accessible to residents.

Open spaces within the village are extensively landscaped and are visually complemented by a heavily treed reserve adjoining the site.

Several variations of dwellings designs are market responsive, contemporary and offer a range of single storey, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom self care accommodation.
